Empire Bus Sales, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Beam Mack Sales and Service, Inc. – Rochester, NY. We are the exclusive Upstate New York Dealer for Eldorado National buses.

The origin of Empire Bus Sales dates back to 1985 with the acquisition of a school bus franchise from the Wayne Corporation of Richmond, Indiana. Empire Bus Sales added the Eldorado National franchise in 1997. Eldorado’s reputation for quality and after delivery support is second to none in the bus industry. The Eldorado National product has been well received in Upstate New York, with more than 300 Eldorado buses delivered in Western and Central New York.  The Eldorado “Aero” line of cutaway buses which includes the Aerolite, Aerotech, and Aero Elite offer FRP composite steel reinforced bodies that are far more resistant to corrosion than steel or aluminum bodies.

Our customer base includes transit authorities and county and small city transit systems throughout New York State.  In addition, we have buses in service in Central and Western New York with retirement communities, airport shuttle services, charter and limousine companies, hospitals, nursing homes, and colleges. Empire Bus Sales, LLC has also placed secured transport vehicles in service with the state and several county sheriffs’ departments.        

Our current product line includes Eldorado National, Ameritrans, and Braun commercial vehicles. Under the Beam Mack ownership we have added service facilities in Rochester, Syracuse and Watertown. We have also added experienced service, parts and sales personnel to better serve our customers.
